Allison “Ivy” Renfro, RN, BSN
Ivy is a nurse on our Stem Cell Transplant Unit. She has over 2 years of service at UAMS and is actively involved in performance improvement in her areas.

Laura Phillips, RN, ADN, OCN 
Laura is a nurse in the Myeloma Center and has many years of service at UAMS. She is actively involved in performance improvements in her area.
 

Michelle Lee, RN, BSN
Michelle is a nurse in the OR. She has over 2 years of service at UAMS and is actively involved in performance improvement in her areas.
