Biographical Info: Collin Montgomery, MNSc, RN, APRN, AGPCNP-C Collin Montgomery is a certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Currently, she works with the Adult Sickle Cell Team at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to provide inpatient and outpatient care to those affected by the disease. Leigh Ann Wilson, LCSW Graduated from U of A Fayetteville. Worked in dialysis, outpatient, mental health, geriatrics and now UAMS. Currently split position at UAMS & ACH in Sickle Cell. |
