This module is intended to provide you with an overview of mHealth, or mobile health, as it related to telemedicine. This is made possible by the efforts of the South Central Telehealth Resource Center within the Center for Distance Health at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.  Learning Objectives

1. Define mHealth
2. Determine needed technology to conduct mHealth
3. Identify targeted demographics that would benefit from mHealth
4. Differentiate technological methods used in mHealth
5. Discuss potential applications that mHealth provides
6. Establish cost-benefit of mHealth
7. Evaluate health outcomes that could result from the utilization of mHealth
8. Analyze trends in mHealth
