Biographical Info
Dr. Meenakshi Budhraja is a board certified gastroenterologist in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is a member of the Arkansas Coalition for Obesity Prevention (ArCOP).
Program Overview
Dr. Budraja examines the roots of the obesity epidemic in the United States and provides guidance to healthcare professionals on how to nourish ourselves and our patients properly.
Objectives
1. List three potential causes of obesity in the US.
2. Describe the components of a "healthy diet"
3. Explain the benefits of legumes.
