Training and Resources for Achieving Quality (TRAQ)

A NEW training program is starting this year at UAMS! Training and Resources for Achieving Quality (TRAQ) is designed for frontline clinicians who wish to lead or co-lead performance improvement projects utilizing the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) Cycle.

This just-in time training will recommend a set framework to guide clinical performance improvement projects within the organization. We encourage project teams to be inter-professional and composed of many different disciplines. The ultimate goal of this course is to help keep these front-line clinicians on track toward successful projects and achieving better outcomes for the populations we serve.
