Knowledge Gap: 
The purpose of this activity is to educate healthcare providers with the most up-to-date information on Evaluation and Management of the Vulnerable Elder. 

Target Audience
The target audience includes all healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals who would like to learn about Evaluation and Management of the Vulnerable Elder and how it pertains to their respective profession.

Jasmine Brathwaite, MD and Alisa Spellmann, APN

Jasmine Brathwaite, MD is a graduate of the University of the West Indies in Barbados. She completed Family Medicine residency at UAMS Little Rock Campus in 2013, completed a 2year Fellowship in Geriatrics at the Donald W Reynolds Institute on Aging and is currently the Medical Director for the House Calls Program.

Alisa Spellmann, APN is a nurse practitioner in Little Rock, AR. She specializes in nursing (nurse practitioner) and gerontology nursing (nurse practitioner).
