Biographical Info Joseph Jimmerson, MNSc, RN, CPHQ Director of Nursing Quality at UAMS. In that role Mr. Jimmerson oversees much of the quality improvement and patient safety activities that nurses are involved in at UAMS. Mr. Jimmerson is a nationally certified professional in healthcare quality. Holly Naramore, BS Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Joined UAMS in 1993. Currently works as the Director of Performance Excellence. Ms. Naramore spends most of her time assisting departments with process improvement projects. Ericka Olgaard, DO Dr. Olgaard is a board certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist who serves as the Director of Quality for the UAMS Laboratory and Pathology Service Line. She is a certified Six- Sigma Green Belt (ASQ). She enjoys teaching quality improvement methods, tools, and techniques to hospital staff and physicians. |
