Knowledge Gap:
Healthcare providers may not have access to the latest management recommendations regarding maternal safety bundles for severe hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage.

Target Audience
The target audience includes all healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals who would like to learn about the current management recommendations for Severe Hypertension & Postpartum Hemorrhage during pregnancy and how it pertains to their respective profession.

Program Overview:

The purpose of this activity is to educate healthcare providers in the availability and recommended implementation of maternal safety bundles for severe hypertension and postpartum hemorrhage.

Objectives:

At the conclusion of this conference, participants will be able to:
1. Describe maternal safety bundles and their importance.
2. Review selected key points of maternal safety bundles for postpartum hemorrhage and severe hypertension.
3. Discuss implementation of maternal safety bundles on a statewide level and what it means to physicians and nurses.
