Knowledge Gap: 
The purpose of this activity is to educate healthcare providers with the most up-to-date information on the current CDC guidelines of Zika Virus.

Target Audience
The target audience includes all healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists and allied health professionals who would like to learn about Zika Virus and how it pertains to their respective profession.

Biographical Info
Dr. Haselow serves as the State Epidemiologist and Medical Director for Outbreak Response at the ADH. He is trained as a pediatrician and doctorally trained infectious disease epidemiologist. He also has joint appointment as an associate professor of pediatrics and public health.

Dirk Haselow, MD and Gary Wheeler, MD both guide the ADH’s response to emerging infectious diseases.
