Objectives: 1. Identify 4 key elements that constitute negligence. 2. List examples of unintentional torts. 3. Discuss the concept of foreseeability as it relates to a malpractice case. |
Speaker Bio: Donna Middaugh, PhD, RN is the Associate Dean for Academic Programs at UAMS College of Nursing. She teaches law, policy and procedure graduate course, and is a former risk manager. |
