1. Recognize character tics and warning signs of burnout and stress
2. Describe contributing causes for burnout and stress
3. Identify effective tools and approaches to reduce burnout and stress

Speaker Bio:
Deborah Johnson, BSN, M.Ed., RNP, RN-BC, CMBTI has a bachelor of science in nursing and a master’s in education. She is a Leadership Educator with a nursing background in multiple environments – hospital, occupational health and safety, military, home care, case management, workers comp, nursing instructor, medical missions and consultation. She also enjoys facilitating professional development.
